  I had surgery and I was told by my surgeon that I need extra protein to heal faster. I don't like meat or fish, about the only other thing I can eat is a little bit of chicken. What other ways can I get a lot of protein w/o gaining weight? I can't exercise yet due to the surgery.

I bought whey protein powder at GNC yesterday and I almost puked drinking it, I blended it with skim milk and a banana... maybe there are better ways to mix and drink it.
